Adult supervision will be provided at all times during camp hours. Campers MUST stay with their assigned counselor throughout the day. Campers leaving their group will not be tolerated.

The total cost for Grassroots Day Camp is $300 per camper.
Extended Day Program will be available as follows:

8am - 9am - $10 per week/ per camper
3pm - 5:30pm - $20 per week/per camper
All campers will be assigned to groups of approximately 20-25 according to their ages.

Important:

Parent or guardian may register campers
Must be prepared to fill out child's medical form & list dates of
latest immunzations.
Campers are required to wear Grass Roots T-Shirts everyday. Shirts are $10.00
Free Insurance. All campers receive free accident insurance coverage for the entire program.

NOTE: Grass Roots is only liable to the extent of its insurance coverage.

Field Trips All campers will go on at least two major field trips. Parents will be notified in advance as to when and where your child will go on a trip. Some field trips may have an admission charge. This will be indicated on the trip notice. All campers MUST wear Grass Roots T-Shirts in order to go on field trips.

Rainy Day Policy. Grass Roots will hold camp on rainy days. However, since the campers must stay indoors and space is limited, we are asking those parents who can make other arrangements for their children to please do so. Should it rain

AFTER the children are in camp we will provide indoor activities for all campers.

Medications. Grass Roots does not accept the responsibility for the administration of any medication to campers.

Pick-Up time—It is very important that all parents make sure their children are picked up between 2:30pm and 3:00pm.

Office—The Grass Roots office is in Glenfield Park House on Maple Avenue.
